Oregon Expungement Eligibility
Interested in clearing your Oregon record? Use this tool we created to confirm your eligibility for Expungement. It takes two minutes or less to determine if you’re eligible.
If you have been arrested or convicted of a crime, it is possible that you can clear your record by filing for an Expungement. ORS 137.225 allows individuals to set aside convictions for most violations, misdemeanors, and Class C felonies if the required time period has passed, which can be either 3 or 10 years. For an arrest that did not result in a conviction, there is only a one year waiting period.
Please feel free to confirm your eligibility using our tool above or contact us and we will be happy to check for you for FREE.
